great location and air conditioning.
This room is right off the street near the Trevi Fountain. you get a key to let yourself in a door right off an ally road. The air conditioner works great, and it is a clean well furnished room.
We loved it but if you want interaction with other people like a hotel this is very solitary. We only saw the host (or anyone) at check in and check out. You enter into a hallway to your own studio.
